Take your class on a whistle-stop tour around the world with this seven continents of the world KS1 Geography planning pack for Year 1 and Year 2. Join Buddy the Bee as he visits a country on each of the seven continents and explores their features, people and landmarks. Your class will learn where the seven continents are on a map and undertake a variety of fun activities to help them learn more about each one.

This Europe and France KS1 Geography lesson starts by looking at the seven continents of the world and where they are on a world map. Your class is then introduced to Buddy the Bee who is going to visit a country in each continent over the course of the module.
In this first lesson, he buzzes from his home in the UK to France where he finds out about French life and culture. The included slideshow presentation for the whole-class teaching input explores what Buddy saw and experienced in France.
