Floodland: Character Analysis

This set of three Year 6 English lessons contains lots of challenging inference and deduction activities based on the book 'Floodland' by Marcus Sedgwick. Your class will analyse and describe the main characters from the book, supporting their answers with evidence from the text. Finally, children will explore diary features, before stepping into the shoes of one of the book's characters and writing a diary entry for them.

This Floodland KS2 planning pack contains detailed lesson plans, engaging slideshows and a range of differentiated activities.
