Who am I?

In this lesson, children will consider the factors which contribute to their overall sense of who they are. The slides include questions that challenge children to consider the impact of the shared identities of the groups and communities they belong to.

During their activities, the children will have the opportunity to create a religious fact file or think about what it means to be British.

How do you see yourself? How do you think others see you? Starting with considering these questions, children will go on to learn about how identity is expressed in a way that can be seen by others through actions.
