This Standalone PSHE lesson has been created to help your KS1 children to recognise the sensation of worry, and to begin to develop ways of coping with this feeling.

Using the book ‘The Worrysaurus’ by Rachel Bright as a stimulus, your class will be encouraged to think about what a worry feels like in their body. They are challenged to discuss the strategies the Worrysaurus uses to feel safe and manage his worries.
